Each client will take a before photo and data will be recorded to ensure the client sees, feels, believes, and knows they have gotten results. There are several ways a client changes. the clients weight, posture, BMI(body mass index), BMR(basal metabolic rate), Body fat%, body measurements, and strength will be assessed and reassessed throughout the training.

Nutrition
Nutrition is vital to losing weight and gaining muscle. Food is a source of energy and recovers the muscles after high intensity or low intensity training. Each week the client will be asked to write down what they eat and trainers will readjust the meals each week.
